Omniscore Pricing: a $149 Core and the Modules You Need
What Omniscore costs: the core with AI call review is $149 a month for a team of up to 10; CRM, email and tasks are optional modules; AI is billed as you go.
Omniscore is built like a kit. The Omni core with AI is always on, and you add modules — the CRM, email, tasks — when you need them. The core price includes a team of up to 10, a larger team adds $59 for each additional 5 people, and AI is billed separately, only for the work it actually does. Below is what the price is made of, three sample monthly budgets and what happens when your balance runs out. To build your own setup and see the total right away, use the calculator on the homepage.
The Omni core — $149 a month
Every customer starts with the core:
- calls from your phone system (through its API or an SFTP folder) or uploaded recordings, with a transcript for every call;
- AI review of every conversation: a summary, a score against your checklist, the outcome and the next step;
- the Today screen, dashboard and reports: missed calls without a callback, conversion, the agent leaderboard, the monthly value report;
- Omni — an AI agent that answers questions about your data and suggests the next step;
- a weekly email digest for the team;
- a team of up to 10, included in the price.
The price is per workspace — your company or your sales team. A separate location, brand or team with its own pipeline, people and reports is another $19 a month.
Team size
The core price includes a team of up to 10 — the people whose calls and deals run through the system. If you have more, the price goes up in steps of five:
| Team | Added per month | Core total |
|---|---|---|
| up to 10 | — | $149 |
| up to 15 | +$59 | $208 |
| up to 20 | +$118 | $267 |
| up to 30 | +$236 | $385 |
| up to 50 | +$472 | $621 |
We count everyone in the company together, no matter how many workspaces they work in. A manager or owner who only reads reports and asks Omni doesn’t count toward team size. For teams of more than 50, we quote individually.
Modules
| Module | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| +$15/mo | Any mailbox over IMAP: customer emails in the same timeline as their calls, with AI summaries, scores and reply drafts | |
| CRM | +$79/mo | Deals, pipelines and products filled in from conversations; a calendar, automations with human approval, API and webhooks |
| Tasks | +$25/mo | AI creates tasks from what was agreed on calls; a board with due dates and priorities |
| Custom module | from $149/mo | A connector to your phone system, CRM or ERP, or a report or workflow of your own; development is quoted separately |
Modules are priced per workspace, so their price doesn’t depend on team size. The homepage calculator has ready-made setups: “Call quality” (the core only), “Sales team” (core, CRM and tasks) and “The whole system”. SMS, WhatsApp and Instagram in the inbox, booking with reminders, and quotes and invoices built from deal data are on the roadmap.
AI, pay as you go
You pay for AI separately, from a prepaid balance, and only for what it did: reviewing a call or an email, answering a question in Omni, drafting a reply. The price of a review is what the AI providers charge for transcription and analysis plus a fixed markup, so it depends on the length of the call: about 2¢ for a 1–2 minute call, more for a longer one. The exact amount for every call is in your balance history.
What one call review includes
About two minutes after a call, the workspace shows the transcript, a score against your standard (a checklist or a scorecard), a summary, the outcome and the next step. With the CRM module, AI also attaches the call to the customer’s deal, and with the tasks module it turns “call back on Thursday” into a task for the rep. See how it looks on the AI call analysis page.
Sample monthly budgets
Calculated with the homepage calculator’s formula: an average call of 2 minutes, every call analyzed, about 2.1¢ per call.
| Scenario | Core, team and modules | AI review | Total per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Call review only: core, a team of up to 10, 1,000 calls | $149 | ≈ $21 | ≈ $170 |
| Sales team: core, CRM and tasks, a team of up to 15, 3,000 calls | $312 | ≈ $63 | ≈ $375 |
| Two locations: email, CRM and tasks, 2 workspaces, a team of up to 30, 8,000 calls | $523 | ≈ $168 | ≈ $691 |
The AI amounts are an estimate based on average AI provider prices, not a fixed rate; the exact charge for every call is in your balance history. The 2.1¢ rate applies to 2-minute calls only — if yours are longer or shorter, enter your own call length, volume and team size in the calculator on the homepage. All prices exclude sales tax.
Look at the third row: the second workspace adds only $19, and a team of up to 30 adds $236. Modules don’t get more expensive as the team grows, and only the AI part grows with the volume of conversations.
How to control AI spend
You decide which conversations to analyze:
- all calls — the full picture for every rep;
- a sample — cheaper, but part of the conversations goes unscored;
- calls above a set length — for example, skip anything under 10 seconds, which is mostly misdials;
- only calls with an assigned rep.
That choice sets both the price and how complete the picture is. When you score only a sample, the rest of the conversations go unwatched — and that’s exactly where deals fall through and callbacks get lost.
From a pilot at an installation and service company: 9 reps, 6,300 conversations over three months. The only change was that the manager could see every call instead of one in forty — and the close rate rose from 12.8% to 15.4% with the same ad budget and the same team.
Your balance: top-ups, what’s left and what happens when it runs out
- Top up by card or by invoice, or turn on auto top-up.
- Funds never expire. There are no minute bundles that reset at the end of the month, and we refund any unused balance on request.
- What gets charged: the core, the team-size step and modules once a month; AI as you use it — call and email reviews, Omni answers, reply drafts. Every charge is in your balance history.
- Balance ran out? Analyses wait in line and catch up after a top-up. Calls, email and the workspace keep working, so your team never stops. Turn on auto top-up to keep the line from building up.
Multiple locations and contact centers
You can add workspaces on standard terms — $19 for each one after the first. For teams of more than 50, multi-location businesses and contact centers with several teams or brands, we price the core, modules and AI individually, and build connectors to your phone system or ERP and separate scorecards for each team. See the integrations page for what connects out of the box.
How to start: a free 14-day pilot
The pilot runs on your real calls and email, with every module — no prepayment and no contract:
- We connect your calls and email — a standard connection takes a day, a new phone system connector up to a week.
- We turn your script and sales stages into a scorecard and a pipeline, and check the AI’s scores against your manager’s on 20–30 calls.
- AI reviews up to 1,000 minutes of conversations, with first results in 3–5 days.
- At the wrap-up meeting we walk through what we found, and you decide whether to continue and which modules to keep.
Not happy with the accuracy? We simply part ways. Request a pilot, and we’ll estimate your budget on your real volumes.
